Cat Addiction












Here is my first addiction, I decided to divide them by colours in this case the cat addiction is going to be orange, here I did a study about what it is this addiction, the psychology behind it and i also decided to research 2 artists related with cats.
To have more information about this animal I decided to add some research about cats in art history.
In terms of drawings and experimentations I did some related with my primary research and some were created by me as a way to experiment with art to try to show this addiction related with art and not words.
The background from this page was made with random pieces of paper and on top of them I used orange ink and acrylic paint and some orange pigment(powder).
Everything in terms of artist research and drawings(how I did them and what type of materials I used) are included next to the tittles or the drawings being easy to understand everything.

Final evaluation

What worked well in this project? I think in general everything worked well in this project due to the fact that I big quantity of experiments and research, in my opinion the most difficult part was finding a theme to start the research because I wanted something that was never made and something that I was not comfortable 100% because I wanted to leave my comfort zone. I have all my experiments with different materials and techniques and everything that I did I have examples next to with information or with pictures to support it. I think I did more than I was asked to do but at the end I think everything went well and I finished every single detail that I had to do. What did not work well in this project? Like I said everything worked well and if I had a problem I solved it in minutes by using other materials or techniques or even finding a new idea. Why it worked/did not work?
